Receive one-on-one coaching from a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Together we will create a personalized plan tailored to your nutrition and lifestyle needs.

We’ll focus on building healthy habits that are SIMPLE and effective, including nutrition, hydration, stress management, reducing environmental toxins, healthy sleep habits, mindful practices, and allowing yourself to enjoy the pleasures of life. 

Group workshops that educate, empower and motivate you to take charge of your health through a comprehensive approach to nutrition and lifestyle.

MY APPROACH

Hello and welcome! I am Jennifer Hollingsworth, a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Integrative Nutritional Health Coach with a Masters in Education.

I work with clients who are committed to improving their emotional and physical health. I am here to support you, understand you, meet you where you are today, and help you show up as the best version of yourself in all areas of your life. 

​

Your body is the fundamental driver of your emotional health. The mind informs the body and the body informs the mind. There is no separating the two. If we truly want to get to the bottom of why many of us feel tired, anxious, burned out, and bummed out, we need to take a step back and take a comprehensive, holistic look at what’s really going on inside our bodies to heal the mind through the body.

I want to help you get unstuck and realize a new baseline and level of mental and physical health that you may have not thought possible. I want to help you discover how your body is affecting your mind and give you the tools to discover how your physical and mental health are intricately intertwined.

​

This is an invitation to explore what might be subtly out of balance in your body and life. My hope is that you will become more attune with what your your body is trying to tell you. I am not saying this will be simple- bodies and lives are complicated and change is hard, but I am confidant you will move on a path forward toward finding that beautiful balance in mind and body and ultimately your happiness and health.

You are the expert on your body and your life and you hold the power to create change within you! I will work along side you to create a personalized plan to vitality, inner peace, and happiness.
