6- week workshop for women via video conference. This is more than just a workshop, it is group coaching with education tired in. This workshop is all about digging into yourself and unlocking the best version of you so you can show up in ALL areas of your life, stress free! My goal is to get you to a place where health isn't something you have to think about, it's just a part of who you are and how you live. 

 

My next workshop will begin January 10th and end February 15th.

This workshop is for you if...

You are emotionally and physically burnout, feeling drained or exhausted. Anxious or stressed.

The path forward begins with identifying the root cause, whether it is the result of an every day habit or a sense of profound unease or both.

Video lessons and resources will be sent to your inbox on Sunday, group video discussions will take place on Tuesday night at 8pm EST (6pm MST, 5pm PST).

STRESS & BURNOUT IN THE BODY

Feeling like general crap is so pervasive that in 2018 the World Health Organization added “burnout” as a diagnosable medical condition. Burnout in the body happens when you are in chronic "fight or flight" mode, or as I like to call it “do too much” mode and you are not listening to your body's signs and signals that you need to pause, slow down, and recharge.

These are mechanisms our brain has created for survival and they are meant to be short-lived, but for the past couple of years, for most of us, it’s been activated a lot. When you're stuck in survival mode, chemicals coursing through your blood are telling you to run, hide, freeze, fight, or fit in. 

You may feel overwhelmed, confused, unable to make a clear decision, or you may experience brain fog, anxiety, depression, and sleep problems. It may even be harder to stand up for yourself or get motivated even for things that you previously enjoyed doing - like exercising or being creative or doing your job at your best level.

In this workshop you will learn not only about our body's stress response, but resilience building practices to beat burnout in your body, hit the pause button, reconnect with yourself, and find your inner calm.

The microbiome is a collection of microbes that have evolved with us, providing many key functions for our survival. 

Did you know that around half your body is made up of microbes? There are over 100 trillion microbes living on your inside you. Every individual has a unique microbial composition – like a fingerprint – that communicates with the rest of the cells in the body. Research has shown that these single-celled residents are linked to almost every chronic disease and condition – as well as overall health and well-being.
